In the present days everyone is very conscious about his or her personality,but going to beauty parlors is not the only way of beautifying oneself. keeping track of your diet and physical activity also contributes to your personality :
  • Diet should be rich in carbohydrate and protein but with dietary fiber such as barley and maize,wheat flour,and dry peas.
  • Sugar should be restricted to limited amount.High carbohydrate foods such as breads,cakes cookies,potatoes,rich puddings etc should b avoided to prevent obesity.
  • Fruits and vegetables that are good source of vitamins and minerals should be amply included in the meals as they also provide roughage that   helps relieve constipation.
  • Bulking agents like Isabgul are rich in fiber ,adding bulk to the diet and reducing the total food intake.This also reduces the total calorie in take.
  • Diet should be rich in iron,having Indian gooseberry,spinach,all pulses,horse gram,soybean,mustard leaves,turnip,apricot,dates,watermelon,peaches,banana,egg yolk etc.These provides a glow to face.
  • Eat apples and carrots both are in equal weight.Clean and grate them along with peels.Eat about 200 gms of this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning .Do not take anything for two hours after this.This will increase energy and vigor and reduce fat.It cleans and purifies blood,makes the face bright,fair and beautiful.
