We may eat anything light and easy to digest.Lighter food gets digested faster,so by the time we are ready to expel,it has through the whole process of digestion and the residue comes down to the big intestine:

  • Vegetarian food is comparatively easier to digest,non-vegetarian food takes a very long time.Hence the stomach is not ready by the next meal time but we are ready to eat our next meal and then the next,as we eat by timings.What happens is that this new food that we eat,sits on the previous food which is still not digested so it rots as also the new food and then the next food thus there is never a chance to have a fully digested belly.
  • Toxins get created because of purification and these toxins get into the blood stream.The blood gets affected and this affected blood travels everywhere in the body and affects the organ which is weak;that is why we suffer from different ailments.It is not easy to just see that our food is digested and the unwanted residue thrown out  and thus ward off the fear of falling sick.
  • To aid in digestion ,the easiest way  is to chew our food properly.as saliva contains digestive enzymes,the process of digestion begins the moment we eat,right in our mouths.
