Eyes are considered to be the mirror of our soul.Therefore, it is very important that we take care of our eyes.Take care of eyes with some useful tips:
- Eyesight can be improved by daily massaging the soles and toes of the foot with mustard oil.
- Rub your palms together after eating your meals and washing your mouth.When they become warm ,massage the eyes or just touch the palms on the eyes.This decreases the possibility of many eye disease.
- Daily intake of walnut for a few days reduces eye weakness.
- Taking coconut daily or twice a week prevents many eye disease and improves eyesight.
- Eat plenty of carrots,red peppers,mangoes and melons.All fruits and vegetables in shades of yellow and orange ,as well as green leafy vegetables,are rich in beta-carotene,which are essential for eye care.
- Watering of eyes : To a glass of water,add a teaspoon of turmeric powder.Boil it for 10 minutes.Then strain it and wash eyes with it.
- Filter the fresh juice of pomegranate.Put a drop in each inflamed eye for 1-3 days.It reduces the redness and burning sensation.
- Wash eyes with a glass of water to which a teaspoon of turmeric has been added,3-4 times a day.this has an antiseptic action.
- Take a teaspoon of holy basil and beal-leaf juice and a little milk.Cook till nearly charred black.Use this as kajal to eyes,as an antibiotic to eyes.
- After brushing your teeth in the morning,fill your mouth with water and inflate it,now sprinkle water in your eyes.Do this for a few months and your vision will be improved.It can even cure myopia.The water in the mouth should be cold and change the water when it becomes warm.
