  • Never skip your breakfast, instead eat 2 ripe tomatoes in your breakfast and try not to eat anything else.This reduces your weight at a faster rate.

  • Chew your food well,this is the best way to get food digested well as by chewing slowly food gets time to absorb the enzymes that are secreted by the saliva that keeps getting mixed with it,hence a good way for digestion.
  • Drink lots of water and juices through out  the day,as this will keep you refreshed and water removes toxins from our body as well.
  • You should feel light when you get up after you finish your food,so eat only 75% of your capacity. Try to avoid white rice,white flour,white sugar,fats and fried stuff.Minimize the intake of oil foods too.
  • Your meal time should be a happy time,so see that there is a cheer around you when you eat.Always try to sit down and have your food,never take food when you are standing.This will help reduce weight.
